Terms of Service

Welcome to Scrolly (“Scrolly”, “we”, “us”). By using our app or site you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Scrolly is a mobile/desktop game. We sell non-redeemable digital items such as cosmetic skins and gameplay boosts. There is no cash-out feature.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You’re responsible for your device, connectivity, and keeping your account secure.

3. In-Game Points ($SCROLLY)

• $SCROLLY is a UI points balance for gameplay only.
• $SCROLLY is not for sale, has no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or other assets.

4. Purchases (Skins & Boosts)

• Payments are processed via third-party checkout (e.g., Coinflow). We do not custody payment credentials.
• Items are delivered server-side upon confirmed payment. Taxes may apply.
• All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, account sharing/selling, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Illegal activity or violating third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and code are owned by Scrolly or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrolly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the Effective date means you accept the changes.
