Return & Refund Policy

Scrolly sells digital items (cosmetic skins and gameplay boosts). These items are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable.
When we refund
- Failed delivery: You were charged but did not receive the item after confirmation.
- Unauthorized purchase: Confirmed account compromise or payment misuse.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
How to request a refund
- Email support@scrolly.life within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your user ID, order ID, item, timestamp, and any screenshots.
- If a refund is granted, we will revoke the entitlement (skin/boost) from your account.
Not eligible
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with gameplay outcomes.
- Items already consumed/used as intended (e.g., time-limited boosts).
$SCROLLY points
- $SCROLLY is a gameplay points balance only—not for sale and has no monetary value.
- $SCROLLY is not refundable or redeemable for money or assets.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via our checkout provider. Timing depends on the provider and network/banking rails.
